The Yorkshire Classic Golf Championship is a must-do golfing experience for any amateur golfer. It consists of 2 separate formats, pairs and individual, played over 3 of Yorkshire’s finest courses.
- Day 1 – Tuesday 2nd May 2017 – Fulford Golf Club
- Day 2 – Wednesday 3rd May 2017 – Alwoodley Golf Club
- Day 3 – Thursday 4th May 2017 – Moortown Golf Club
Open to men and women with an active CONGU handicap and set within 30 minutes of each other the 3 venues are consistently rated in the top 5 best courses in Yorkshire guaranteeing a true test of competition golf will be experienced.

Alwoodley is recognised as one of Britain’s finest inland courses. It was designed by Alister MacKenzie, the famous golf course architect. He left a legacy of classic golf courses – Alwoodley was the first.
Founded in 1909, Moortown was designed by the World famous golf course architect Dr Alister MacKenzie, who also designed Augusta National, Cypress Point, Royal Melbourne and many other championship courses throughout the world.
